Tijana Pavlovic
Head of Administration
Tijana has 18 years of experience in the energy business. After having completed a master’s degree in finance at Universite Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg, France, in 2006 she started working in the new energy division of the Duferco Group (that later became DXT Commodities). Until joining Sirius Energy SA in 2024, during her career she has covered different roles such as Head of Administration (Middle-Office, Back-Office and Accounting), Tax and Customs Manager, Special projects Manager with focus on sustainability, managing teams up to 15 people. Her main areas of expertise are: energy markets’ regulations, post-trading activities (contracts, invoicing, and accounting), Internal Procedures and the Internal Control Matrix, fiscal implications of energy trading (including VAT and Transfer Pricing;).
